The first session comes with a thorough evaluation of your balance, how you walk (gait), and any risk factors you’re susceptible to, to understand your specific mobility challenges.

Our doctor creates a stability plan and tailors your recovery sessions to build muscle strength, ensure flexible joints, and ensure better movement patterns.

3. Progress and Reassessment

Through every session, our physical therapists track your progress, make necessary adjustments, and guide you to stand, walk, and move safely.

No. Mobility and balance issues happen to anyone of any age. If you’re struggling with balance, feel unsteady, and fall often, you can benefit from this service. If you also use a cane or prosthetics, you are welcome to use this service too.

Every session is tailored to each client’s individual needs. Though most clients begin with 1–2 sessions weekly, your plan is adjusted according to your problem areas and progress.

In North Carolina, you can begin therapy without a referral. Contact us or book a consultation and we’ll begin from scratch.

When coming for your session, comfortable clothes and supportive footwear are best. This is because we may need to carry out tests to measure your mobility.

Yes. Our sessions are designed to improve long-term safety and confidence. We’ll also give you tested strategies to improve your posture and address your concerns.
